Knowing that everything was created spiritually before it was created physically and knowing that there were intelligences which ( intelligences )  we were; we can ponder how we need to remember that were are spiritual or spirit beings before we were human beings. 

Since this earth is temporary and our spirits are eternal, our spirits are what can feel and hear the things of God which are eternal. 

If we don't take time to focus on our spirit inside us, then the temporary parts of our lives distract us. 

The Holy Ghost we are given after baptism, communicates to the Spirit within us. 

Without time free of music and entertainment in videos on tik tok or YouTube, our spirits won't remember how to receive the gentle quiet way The Holy Ghost speaks to our spirits. 

Abraham 3:

22 Now the Lord had shown unto me, Abraham, the intelligences that were organized before the world was; and among all these there were many of the noble and great ones; 23 And God saw these souls that they were good, and he stood in the midst of them, and he said: These I will make my rulers; for he stood among those that were spirits, and he saw that they were good.

Genesis 2:7

7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Moses 3:

5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew. For I, the Lord God, created all things, of which I have spoken, spiritually, before they were naturally upon the face of the earth
